These terms apply when you browse or place an order with TimOlla.Store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have reviewed the product, delivery and policy details. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Our business and products

TimOlla.Store is an international dropshipping retailer operated from Pakistan. We source products through suppliers and fulfilment partners, including Tradelle (tradelle.io) where applicable; a supplier may dispatch an order directly to you. We are the store you buy from and your first contact for order support. We do not claim to manufacture products unless a listing expressly says so.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is a request to purchase; we may contact you if information is incomplete or an item is unavailable. Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Applicable delivery charges, taxes and import duties are shown where available, otherwise they remain payable as required by law. Payments are processed by the methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping estimates

Orders are fulfilled through our supplier network. Estimated delivery times, counted from dispatch and subject to destination, product and carrier conditions, are:

• Order processing: 1–2 business days.
• Europe (including Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and other European destinations): 6–10 business days.
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances outside our direct control. Tracking is shared when available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges where applicable, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation; we will check whether fulfilment has started. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return policy applies. Your statutory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, return and refund rights remain unaffected. See our Refund Policy for the process and conditions.

Fair and transparent dealing

TimOlla.Store aims to operate in line with the Islamic Sharia principles stated by the owner: transparent product and price information, avoiding interest-based dealings and not knowingly offering prohibited products. Product-specific claims are made only when supported by reliable information; we do not claim every product is certified Halal unless its listing states and verifies that certification.
